Every myROOF section starts as raw coil and leaves our Bhopal facility as a finished, pre-punched structure. Coil slitting, cut-to-length, and roll forming are all done in-house on our own machinery — owned and operated end-to-end by Vivaan Innovation, with slitting and cut-to-length also offered as standalone job-work services to outside customers.
Our Bhopal works combines coil storage, slitting, cutting, and roll-forming lines under a single covered shed — with the material-handling infrastructure to move heavy coil and finished sections without bottlenecks.
